• ORDER PROCESSING/DATA ENTRY - Full Time with Benefits

    The primary area of responsibility of this position is to complete daily and monthly processing and accounting functions. This position will also be required to work with other departments and assist the office manager with all accounting functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process daily dealer and consumer sales orders
    • Enter and process customer credit memos
    • Daily deposits and entering cash receipts
    • Account Receivable and Accounts Payable entries
    • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
    • Maintain accurate bank ledger and reconcile bank statements
    • Prepare and record monthly journal entries and maintain the general ledger
    • Complete and maintain Inventory transactions
    Additional duties:
    • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets
    • Maintain dealer account information
    • Maintain EDI account information
    • Enter system price updates and changes
    • Complete import billings as needed
    • Process customer credit applications
    • Office mail duties
    Required Skills:
    • Degree in accounting with 3-5 years experience preferred
    • Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
    • Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • High degree of accuracy with numbers and attention to detail
    • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timely deadlines
