Participants will: learn what makes different generations tick, practice a tool to build postive relationships, challenge your preconceptions, earn the trust of each generation through respect, resolve generational conflicts, coach members of each generation to peak performance, develop cross-generational relationships, give feedback that resonates with all generations, and apply nine ways to change behavior without creating resentment.

She also has Industry Training Experience in the following industries: Insurance, Travel, Bio-Technology, Retail, Call Centers, Emergency Roadside Assistance and Automotive. She has a B.S. in Chemistry/Biology.
